Waller ISD Breaks Ground on Warren Ranch High School

Good news! Waller ISD has officially started construction on Warren Ranch High School, right in the heart of the Jubilee.

Scheduled to open in fall 2028, this new campus is designed to bring cutting-edge education and endless opportunities. The high school’s location within Jubilee means families will enjoy unmatched convenience while benefiting from a thoughtfully designed school.

The new campus will boast a modern building with oversized windows flooding spaces with natural light, plus top-notch athletic facilities like a stadium, baseball and softball fields, and a field house. The fine arts theater is primed for show-stopping performances, while the agriculture barn adds a unique touch. There’s even a central mechanical plant ready to fuel future growth, ensuring the campus evolves with the community.

The new high school embraces the legacy of the historic Warren Ranch, weaving tradition into its modern design. With the iconic WR brand symbol featured throughout the campus, the school reflects values like hard work, ethics, and innovation that define the community's roots. As the Home of the Brahmans, Warren Ranch will rock blue and white colors, so stock up in time for Friday Night Lights.

Funding for the school is the result of a 2024 voter-approved bond. The district teamed up with VLK for cutting-edge architectural design and Stewart Builders for top-tier construction.

Warren Ranch High School is one of three onsite campuses planned for Jubilee. A new junior high will begin construction soon and is slated to open in 2029. A new onsite elementary school is in the works.
