Who Can Apply?
You must qualify under one of these categories and have a valid ID number:

Education Employees
Full-time employees of an Independent School District. -
Active Military
Active-duty U.S. military members. -
First Responders
Active first responders (police, fire, EMS).
How It Works
Step 1:
Sign a purchase contract for a newly built home in Jubilee in 2026.
Step 2:
After you've signed your new home contract and before closing, submit a complete Buyer Verification Form. You will receive a response from us within 1 week confirming your eligibility.
Step 3:
If you are eligible and you are among the first 30 eligible buyers to close on your new home during 2026, your $2,000 check will be sent to your new Jubilee address within 30 days after closing.
