Taking a Breath of Fresh Air

Each of our homes is equipped with a fresh-air intake system and a MERV 13 media filter, significantly exceeding the standard MERV-8 filter found in new homes. This advanced filtration system effectively removes at least 85% of dust, mold, and pollen, as well as 90% of smoke, smog, and respiratory droplets. It also captures over 75% of airborne bacteria and viruses. Moreover, all Jubilee homes achieve an Indoor airPLUS rating from the EPA, which mandates that they first meet Energy Star certification standards.
