What made you choose to live in Jubilee?

Meet residents Joshua, Stacey and Liberty and hear why they chose Jubilee as their home. 

I'm Joshua Ward and I've been fortunate to be the first person to purchase a home at Jubilee. Hi I'm Stacy and I'm a Jubilee resident. I am Liberty I am a resident and Realtor here in Jubilee.

I kept hearing little tidbits of a new community and so I dug deeper found Jubilee. Oh man prime location, I meditated and prayed on it everything seemed like it was in line to where this is supposed to be the community I was supposed to be in.

I chose to live in Jubilee because I really wanted a sense of community, the closeness of residents getting together to do block parties, celebrating each other's achievements. Really just focusing on the holistic approach of a person and Jubilee offers that.

Once we realized mental health physical part of Jubilee was what the neighborhood was all about it a no-brainer it was a done deal.

It's just good to be surrounded by people that have like just a common goal of wanting to really find the joy in the simple things in life and coming together to celebrate that.

The Director of Joy has been amazing at really bringing the people together putting events and you can start to see like a culture being developed that is very unique. Somewhat not to be cliche, like a family.

I can't drive up without smiling. I have permanent grin from the colors driving in on the street and signs -just everyone that we've come across happy comforting, welcoming ,so we're we're loving all of it.

As I started to learn more about what it offers, I like dang just strike gold. There so many different things the features with the houses and how they make them and the technology they put into it.

I think the features that I'm most excited about at Jubilee would have to be the lighting components. I am extremely sensitive to energy and light and all of these things, so I think that being able to manage that in my home setting- I think that that's just going to be just so exciting.

We are excited about the on location office site that's going to be here, I work from home um a lot of times and times you can't really work when you're at home, so I'm looking forward to having another space.

I have been non-stop recommending Jubilee to others, it makes me feel good being here, so I want everyone to feel good I want everyone be happy!

Just the seamlessness of how everything works and the culture component that they're really trying to develop here, I feel like a really of a one-of kind type communities and I'm very fortunate to be one of the first ones here.

I kept passing the sign, passing and I'm like what is this about ? Jubilee what is that? And so one day I just pulled in and I just driving felt like this peace just I don't know I know how to explain it, just felt like as if I was tight and tense all day, and then I was just like took a deep breath and it was just gone and I was like "this is it".
