Show Me the Money – Navigating the Mortgage Process #34407 | This 3-hour elective course is taught by Kerrie Saeger. All loans are alike – right?  Well, not necessarily.  In this course we will take the mystery out of mortgages.  We will discuss how to refer a lender,  pre-approval versus pre-qualification, different types of loans that a homebuyer can choose, working with the loan officer for a smooth transaction, and what is going on from contract to closing.  We will also discuss some special loan programs that could help you market and sell more homes.
