A Holiday Event Sure to Spark Joy
We’ll be sparking joy this holiday season in Jubilee with stunning holiday décor and the chance to make a wish come true for a critically ill young boy.
Opening Nov. 10 and running through Jan. 4, Tour of Trees will feature elaborately decorated trees by holiday decorating extraordinaire K&A Designs in all our 8 of our model homes. All are noteworthy, but two are absolute showstoppers, decorated to popular themes:

Before the oohing and ahhing, however, we ask that all visitors scan the QR code in each model home. That simple scan will result in a $5 donation from Johnson Development to the Make-A-Wish Foundation, Texas Gulf Coast and Louisiana Chapter. We aim to raise $15,000 to help send Wish Kid Samuel and his family to Orlando for a fun-filled week of adventure and magical memories. Twelve-year-old Samuel, who has been diagnosed with a neuromuscular disorder, is a big Mario fan, and he can’t wait to meet the iconic plumber in person.
Model homes are open daily 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday and noon to 6 p.m. Sunday. Admission to the Tour of Trees is free, so grab your jolly friends who like to branch out when it comes to holiday décor and make a day of it!
